Offering direct assistance to rural areas of Haiti

Help the community of Fond des Blancs (Puit Chacha) with a one-time or recurring donation.

Helping Haitians in Need, Inc. (HHN) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing much needed help to a small, underserved, rural area of Haiti. Haiti is considered the most impoverished country in the western hemisphere with seemingly insurmountable problems in the areas of infrastructure, sanitation, health, economy, and education. While much aid arrived in Haiti following the hurricanes and devastating earthquake of 2010, little if any has gone to areas outside of the capital city of Port-au-Prince.

HHN’s focus on the community of Fond des Blancs (Puit Chacha), located several hours southwest of Port-au-Prince allows us to provide efficient support with measurable results while fostering strong relationships with the people and their local leaders.
